This is the easiest part of creating anything. First it starts with drawing the project up in Auto Cad or Illustrator.We then have to use the proprietary software to cut the project out as that is what controls the table. We then move on to welding our bits together. That is why there are holes in the backing plate to make the TIG welding of the pieces simpler. And we add on the hanger and 1/2″ stand offs to give it some depth off of the wall. After the welding is completed we move on to finishing operations. We now use a med course roloc to remove any bluing and minor bubbling at the surface as stainless steel is sensitive to heat. Then we move on to brushing the piece in two different directions with multiple different grits of sand paper and finishing hand pads. After the two minutes it took to cut and three hours to finish we have something that say’s “POW” look @ me.
